The refined stacked box composition will feature custom crinkled metal cladding on the upper floor with a black base of composite panels. Exterior fabric roller shades will control the sun, and a glass edged pool will open to the lower media room. The exterior metal palette is carried through to the interior with an aluminum stair guard and fluted tile detailing in the washrooms, establishing a cohesive material language throughout the home.
