west twelve

This project is on Vancouver’s tree lined west side. The form is modern yet still contextual. The building is wrapped tightly in charred vertical wood siding, while the inside is filled with light and rich walnut cabinetry. The site is longer than a standard lot, allowing for a small courtyard / light well on the west facade.
