Nestled along a tree-lined street in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood, the strong geometric form is cladded in dark wood siding with exposed fasteners. Vertical exterior fins provide animation and privacy to the large floor to ceiling windows. The fins are repeated on the interior with a bent plate stair guard that spans from the main floor to the upper floor.
